Private Class & Special Events

The lounge is available to be rented by Members only (meaning the individual scheduling the private class has previously attended a class). A private party cannot be scheduled by a non-member. This ensures that the host has a clear understanding of the purpose/mission and operation of the lounge.

Private Parties can only be scheduled and pre-purchased by phone with the Administrative Manager. Lounge Owner may request an in-person meeting with Member prior to date reservation. The host is responsible for providing the Administrative Manager with a guest list prior to date reservation. The guest list must feature; first and last names as well as an email address. The guest list cannot feature more than 25 guests. If the host has less than 25 guests s/he is responsible for the remaining balance . The balance may be greater depending on the host selecting an upgraded snack station option. The Administrative Manager will provide the host with date and time options for their private class.

Booking Arrangements for Private Parties:

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for a host to schedule their date in addition to the $50.00 per person fee. The host is responsible for paying the balance no later than 1-week prior to the scheduled class. Fee includes:

  • Exclusive use of the lounge for 3-hours
  • Art Instructor
  • Cannabis-related Vendor
  • Use of rented aprons for guests
  • Background music
  • Preferred snack station

Due to scheduling with the lounge we ask that guests do not come more than 15 minutes in advance of the private class. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry 1-hour after class has started. No credit or refund will be given. A current government issued photo ID must be presented prior to entry. Tickets are transferable only via email up until 1-day prior to the start of the scheduled class. Please note the age requirement for transferred tickets. No refund or credit will be issued for tickets transferred to those under 21 years old.

Each private party receives 2-hours of art instruction. During the first hour we encourage the host and new Members to meet with the featured cannabis vendor, smoke, eat and socialize.

To comply with local regulations for cannabis-friendly classes we are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Cannabis) lounge. BYOC but limited to no more than 1 gram. Bam Buddha Lounge does not sell or provide any cannabis or cannabis paraphernalia. Under no circumstances may Lounge Members sell cannabis or cannabis products inside or near the lounge.

Special Events

These social gatherings are for members and an opportunity to recruit new members. Tickets are available at the door or online and will be structured by tiers; depending on when members / guests purchase their ticket. Special events will feature several cannabis vendors. Cannabis vendors must demonstrate and/or sample their products to Members and guests. Cannabis vendors can NOT directly sell their products to any attendees.

A pre-determined Artist may instruct accelerated art Therapy classes. The art medium will be determined by the Artist. An additional cost may apply. This depends on the art medium. Various games and other activities will be available.

Members and guests will have an opportunity to sign up for future classes. Members and guests are allowed mico-dose while attending the event. Music and an irresistible snack station will be available.

Special events will be scheduled for a 4-hour duration at any time of the day. The time frame will depend on the theme of the special event.
